Abbey DoreCider Sweet
The cider produced from this apple takes a long time to ferment, which makes the cider late to mature. The trees tend to be of a medium height and bear fruit early December. The apple, as you might guess from it’s name is a strong red colour with a slight tint of yellow.

No nonsense cider for the connoisseur. Green apple prominent fruit flavour and a slightly astringent finish.

Nice and refreshing, cleans the palate. Perrys deserve to be more widely appreciated, alongside their cider contemporaries. Produced like a cider, but made from pears. It has a fragrant odour with plenty of fruit taste and real body.

A sweet, juicy apple taste to begin with before the whiskey cask takes over and takes you on a great journey. There’s decent levels of acidity, though not overpowering, lightly sour and has a tasty drying finish.
