Our second release with Manchester illustrator David Bailey is here, and it’s our take on an underrated style from the early days of American craft beer, which is itself an American take on a British icon of pub drinking. A classic Brown Ale malt base is filled out with a forest full of Chinook to bring a load of pine resin, white pepper and citrus pith to an otherwise buttery biscuit base. This also marks the first time for a very long time that one of our Patrons Project releases is available on cask! It only felt right for a series dedicated to the hallowed institution that is the pub. Allergens : Gluten from Barley and Oats.
