From a single tree, the Hatfield Red variety gives a nice reddish tinge and a fresh aroma of apples.

A very rare one as the pears are from a single tree near Southwick which fruits infrequently, this being the first crop since 2020, residual sugars make it slightly sweeter than the previous version.

Ageing another year has given this one more depth of flavour and a cleaner, drier finish, this was from 2022.

Eastern Counties style cider with a crisp, clean acidity and layers of complexity from slow fermentation. The ciders are as ‘real’ as you can get being 100% fermented apple juice all sourced from the Framfield area.

The apples were sourced from Little Shepherds Orchard, a blend of Bramley, Cox, Russet, Spartan, Michelin, Dabinett and Kingston Black. This cider would usually be sweetened but as it is so smooth they have left it alone as the first dry one from here.
