This easy drinking Pyder, blends Japanese Pears with Michelin and Cabaret apples. We harvested on a wet staff day with the team at St. Piers School. Hard work but worth it for a complex acid-led drink layered with interesting woody pear tones.

This dryish wild fermented Perry is soft with a green pear-y tartness in a hazy cocoon, it has a medium fruity profile, retaining some natural sweetness finishing with a refreshing fresh pear flavour.

A medium cider with a Jim Hawkins apple barrel aroma and a deep golden colour. Blended at Nuthurst Orchard from their all-time favourite cider apples: the tiny red Dabinett and large Black Dabinett.

Having twice won a best in festival award this perry has a blend of Hendre Huffcap, Thorn, Oldfield & Green Horse Perry Pears. Naturally slightly cloudy with a light fizz, it has medium tannins, light acidity and pear drop medium sweetness.

Blended from Kingston Black, Browns and Harry Masters Jersey cider apples and topped up with ripe Quince fruit, Quincy Jones cider (Quider?) is a citrus fruity medium dry cider that slips down nicely leaving a little tartness on the palate.
