Brolly, Together
Wisborough GreenImperial Stout
Brewed to celebrate Brolly’s new site which will bring the brewery and taproom together at one location in central Horsham. Together is precisely how we they like their impy stouts. Chewy and smooth with a complex malt bill. No essences, extracts or flavourings. A naked imperial stout with a balance that makes it very easy to drink. Brolly will be using this base for a series of barrel aged beers but first they had to construct an impy that can handle the process. Langham, Sourpuss
LodsworthKettle Sour
Our first kettle sour is a tart and refreshing treat, infused with a generous helping of sour cherry puree. This hazy pink beer will make you smack your lips before reaching for another sip. It delivers vinous aromas and a subtle fizz which inhibits any sweetness – instead you are treated to a grown-up cherry aid that finishes with a tang and a suggestion of oat cakes, to remind you this is very much a beer that is brewed with (old faithful) Maris Otter.
Langham, Very Berry

A stout fit for the cold days and nights. In the foreground, roasted malt delights, delivering rich and comforting notes of chocolate liqueurs paired with the familiar tang of a good stout. The winter berry dances on your palate – subtle at first, then building with every sip.

The finish is celebrated with a moderate bitterness, some warming alcohol and a little chocolate goodness from the addition of cocoa nibs.
